Last Sunday, our class decided to take part in a volunteer activity to clean up the local city park, which is a popular place for people to relax. First, we divided into small groups and picked up plastic bottles, old paper, and fallen leaves around the walking paths and the lake. Although the weather was quite hot and we felt tired after two hours, everyone kept working happily and supported each other. In the end, we put all the rubbish into different recycling bins, and the park looked much cleaner and more beautiful than before.
